ORDINANCE NO. (448
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF MCCARTY VIEW SUBDIVISION, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Renk & Jordan LLC, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and described as: Part of Private
Survey No. 2701, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: From the point of intersection of the
northerly right -of way line of East McCarty Street (Business U.S. Highway
50) and the southwesterly right-of-way line of St. Louis Road; thence N
27°33'00" W, along the southwesterly right-of-way line of said St. Louis
Road, 309.85 feet; thence N 18°25'00" W, continuing along said
southwesterly right-of-way line, 90.00 feet to the southeasterly corner of the
property described in Book 627, Page 42, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 16°09'00" W, along the southwesterly right-of-way line of St.
Louis Road, being the northeasterly line of said property described in said
Book 627, Page 42, 167.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description; thence S 71°50'44" W, 109.15 feet; thence S 16°24'18" E,
165.42 feet to a point on the southerly boundary of said property described
in Book 627, page 42; thence along the boundary of said property
described in Book 627, Page 42 the following courses: S 72°59'00" W,
83.67 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of East McCarty
Street (Business U.S. Highway 50); thence N 49°30'00" W, along the
northerly right-of-way line of said East McCarty Street, 285.33 feet to a
point on the southerly line of Mount Hope Heights, as recorded in Plat Book
4, Page 40, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 71°50'44" E, along
the southerly line of said Mount Hope Heights, 349.08 feet to a point on the
southwesterly right-of-way line of St. Louis Road; thence S 16°09'00 E,
along the southwesterly right-of-way line of St. Louis Road, 80.05 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing 1.10 acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, it appears that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted
by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as McCarty View
Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully
complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects
have complied with the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Final Subdivision Plat of McCarty View Subdivision, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
shown by the said plat attached as Exhibit A, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify approval of said plat under the
City of Jefferson seal.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
