RE: Agenda Item- Transfer of Funds Request
As you are aware, the Honorable Town Council adopted Ordinance 2014-65 amending the Fiscal
Years 2014 & 2015 compensation of the Town Auditor at the September 10, 2014 Town Council
Meeting.
The amended compensation needs to be adjusted in the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget. Therefore, I
respectfully request the attached transfer be placed on the September 23, 2014 Town Council Agenda
for your consideration

WHEREAS: Pursuant to The•Charter of the City known as the Town of
Stephen P.Corbett,
Vice President Watertown,Watert Section 2-8 , subsection C> provides ovid the mechanism to
Aaron Dushku, adjust the Town Auditor's annual salary amount as may from time to
Councilor At Large time be provided for such office by Ordinance;

Councilor At Largo NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED: That the Town Council of the
Anthony Palomba, City known as the Town of Watertown adjusts the Town Auditor's salary
Councilor At Large as follows:
Angeline B.Kounolis,
District A Councilor
Ceellla Lank,
District B Councilor
Vincent J.Plccirilli,Jr., Effective July 1,2013 (Fiscal Year 2014),the salary shall be set at$98,954.00 (2.5%
District C Councilor increase),
Kenneth M.Woodland
District councilor Effective July 1,2014 (Fiscal Year 2015), the salary shall be set at$101,427.00 (2.5%
increase).
Be It Further Ordered: That a copy of said Order is forwarded to Town
Auditor and Town Treasurer.
