The lerk read the minutes of the regular mee ting of, ,August 7 which
were a i roveca as read.
Among the communications was a letter from slacGallyy saying that the
el.rk should ask for another certificate for the fire truckmchassis as
the one sent Robert Copes had been lost.The clerk had dome this before
the meeting.A test of the pater showed it to be pure.

layor Fullmer called the meeting to order at 8:25 E.-,
Anderson,Han=:ins, &Patterson present. Jordan'came in later,; idmaier
absent.

. ckno oledgement of the burrnan & Tinker funerals were read.
,tty Houtchens g-ave his opinion in a letter that the soard had
controll over liquor licenses.
A letter from the County treasurer stated that the property va lua lo
of the town, for 1945 to be 252,710 and asked that the board make
the tax levy dTon the amount.
The to levy -vas placed at 20 mills as of the 1st year.
