RESOLUTION NO. 02-92
A RESOLUTION "GRANDFATHERING" CERTAIN
SHORT-TERM RENTAL ESTABLISHMENTS
WHEREAS, certain parcels of real property within Moab City
have been for a long period of time operated as "defacto" short-
term rental establishments, though not technically meeting the
requirements as such; and
WHEREAS, Moab City is interested in facilitating conformity
to the Short -Term Rental Ordinance, but realizes that shutting
down the short-term rentals on the aforementioned property would
create considerable economic hardship and property devaluation.
NOW HEREBY BE IT RESOLVED that the following parcels of real
property shall be "grandfathered" for use as short-term rental
establishments as of the date of this Resolution so long as said
properties meet code requirements and licensing procedures of
Moab City and the State of Utah to operate as such:
Description of a parcel of land in the NW1/4
Section 6, T26S, R22E, SLB & M, Grand County,
Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a corner which bears North
16.5 ft. and East 327.0 ft. from the West 1/4
Corner Section 6, T26S, R22E, SLB & M, and
proceeding thence North 100.0 ft. to a
corner, thence East 102.0 ft. to a corner,
thence South 100.0 ft. to a corner, thence
