RESOLUTION NO. 2016-047
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to review its major projects per its Capital
Improvement Plan, and;
Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to update the Plan as
projects or timelines change;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the updated Capital Improvement Plan.
On the 19th day of July, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-047, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PLAN and'made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan
Nays: None
Absent: None
Whereupon We Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-047, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
