RESOLUTION NO. 2016-039
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2016 PHASE 1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin is set to. award a bid for the 2016 Phase 1
Wastewater Treatment, Plant Improvements Project; .and,
a
Whereas, the City Council must first approve the plans, specifications, form of contract
and estimate of cost for the project,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the'City of Tiffin, lowa,,that the
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost,for the 2016 Wastewater
Treatment Plant Improvements Project be -approved with the approval of this resolution.

On the 5th day of July, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-039, A RESOLUTION
'APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST FOR"THE 2016 PHASE 1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion secondedby
Councilperson-Kahler.
Ayes:' Ryan; Havehs, Bartels, Upton, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION.NO.2016-039, A RESOLUTION 'APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF. CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
2016 PHASE 1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT to
be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 5th'day Of July, 2016.
