A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE
BIGELOW SUBDIVISION LOT 3 WITH SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IN THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to Rezone
Bigelow Subdivision Lot 3 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin wishes to include a supplemental
agreement to ensure future of the subdivision within its zoning classification,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the.
date for the Public Hearing is set for July 19, 2016, to discuss the Rezoning of Bigelow
Subdivision Lot 3 with the'supplemental agreement.
On the 5th day of July, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa;
Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-042, A RESOLUTION
SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE BIGELOW
SUBDIVISION LOT 3 WITH SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IN THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Kahler:
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-042, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE BIGELOW SUBDIVISION LOT 3 WITH
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 5th day of July, 2016.
