A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO INCLUDE
AN ELECTRIC SUBSTATION IN THE LIST OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES IN AN
RAE ZONING DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to include an
Electric Substation in the list of Special Exception Uses in an R-1 E Zoning District in the
City of Tiffin, Iowa, and;
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin wishes10 include an' Electric Substation in
the list of Special Exception Uses in an R-1 E Zoning District,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
date for the Public Hearing. is set for July 19, 2016, to discuss the addition of an Electric
Substation in the list of Special. Exception Uses in an R-1 E Zoning District.
On the 5th day of July, 2016, of a regular meeting'of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-043, A RESOLUTION
SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO INCLUDE AN ELECTRIC
SUBSTATION IN THE LIST OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES IN AN RAE ZONING
DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Ryan, Havens, Bartels, Upton, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and'Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-043, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO INCLUDE AN ELECTRIC SUBSTATION IN THE
W LIST OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES IN AN RAE ZONING DISTRICT IN THE CITYZ,
OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be -adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 5th day of July, 2016.
