Regular meeting
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 l .L.by .-.a,yor ±ro tem
4idmai er in the presence of Mayor 1'ul liner.
'hose present :Burman,Bu.rroughs,Clary, idmaier.Absent latterson
and hankins.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of June 4 wjiich w
were a proved as read.
Burman moved,Burroughs seconded:To grant B.B.Bell a. 3.2 % Beer lie.
for one year.:loti on carried.
Burman moved,Clary seconded:To grant a deed to firs .England for
Lot 1,Sec.8,B1k.1 in the Ault Cer-_etery.:otion carried.
Clary moved,Burroughs seconded:To grant a deed to . ..Horton for
Lot 11,Uec.6,B1k.2 in the Ault Cemetery.Motyon carried.
The Park Cor rnittee were asked tb see about tri:rnr 1ng the trees in
the R.R.Park and elsewhere.
Some bills which had been allowed but no wai rants issued to the
clerk,were ordered paid.
The clerk was akked t o contact Mr.Houtchens concerning the time
limit that Mr.l offher could leave water out of his ditch through to=wn
and still hold his right of way. This was done and 1.x.houtchens
said that three years was limit of having water out of a ditch,but if
he wanted to have an aggreement with the town he should be brought
to Greeley to sign up.

The minutes of the regul r meeting of vuly 2 were read and a,_..roved.
A letter from Miner Construction: .stated teat lur.M:liner had two
with a bonding company reuresent&tlive who had been at a forr_.er board
meeting and that this Lr.Ulrich stated that he ;,ould be gled to meet
with the board and exy lain about money for building a sewer system
and how the same could be raised.
The application for an al: prent ice to leern the town work ha.d been
sent b is is to the town and they said in explanation th3 t the . sunicilal L
League would fix u:: r o gr.a m to go by in hiring a man.
The papers for making a->plica t on to the government for mnoney to
make a survey of a sewer system had been returned to have iurther
exp? ana t ion in a letter to accompany the a lio Lion showing how much
revenue the town could expect from water and sewer rentals.
The clerks monthly report was rend.
It ras reported that som;_. me_:::bers bf the Lions Club ,.ere painting
the walls of the base_ ent of the library.i.here had ben sore complaint
that the Lions Club should : ,y rental as the other clubs aid as taey
had donated articl.les for the u e in the library.
Burman moved,Burroughs seconded:'2o • ise the .salary of -rs.r . 6. Smith
as librarian to 1 25.00 per month.Motion carried.

vacangy.
The clerk as asked to :rite the state heath dept.to take a sa lle of
the water and also the county health deartment.
Mrs.Iiens ley asked that the area ding sckrubs and plants be taken from
