Clerk 323 ua yor Regular meeting November 6 1946 Mayor Fullmer calledthe meeting toDvder at 8:10 P.M.Answering roll call were :Burman,Burreughs,Clary,l'atterson & iidraier. Eankin absent. The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of October 1 which- wereenarproved as read. The State Utilities Commission wrote that they did not have jurisdiction over the wwter rates inside of the town limits but that the outside water users hd to be notified 30 days before the raise,in order the give them time to make protest which must be taken up before the commission. The State Tax Cornmi sion approvedthe tax levy raise of 5 mills which had been asked forin the past month. The other letters were read and filed. 'Tidm ier moved,Clary seconded:To send the water users outside the town limits a notice of the raise in water rates.aotion carried upon roll call. Vidmaier moved,Patterson secondedaTo grant a renewal of the regular liquor license for one years.Motion carried.
