Regular meeting December 3 1946
The meeting as called to order at 8:05 2.y. by %.ayor Fullmer.
Burman,Burroughs,Clary,ratterson a idmaier present.
The clerk read the minutes of ,he regular meeting of November 6 which
were a pproved as read.
The test of the .eater was declaired safe.
The State health Department wrote that towns were to consult them
before putting in sewers for more than 25 people accoladinth to state law.
The notice of tine raise in water rates had b€.en sent to outside users
on TTovember 25 1946.
Clary moved,Burroughs seconded -To accept the resignation of C. nkins
as trustee.Motion carried.
Burroughs moved, `Jidmaier seconded:To a.charge 2.00 for the use of th
library basement in the afternoons,the same as at night.Moiton carried.
It was decided that :r Gova i be notified by the marshal and the Chair-
man of the Police 6ommittee trwat he must clean up his pace.
Patterson moved,Clary seconded:That Donald Sivers be asked to become a
member of the board to fill vacancy made by rankins.iIotion carried.
Patterson moved,Clary seconded. :That anyyorga,na ation wishing to use. the
library,be requested to bring 150 if of coal the day before the library
is to be used,during the coal shortage so that the library can be
heated.I of ion carried.

Mayor Fulmer called the T:eeting to order at 7:4. P.g.
This meeting was called a { ew days ahead as the Mayor was going to
Cali.for a while.

An agrgreement with the County Comm.concerrling payment of our portion
of the Oounta Health Department was hel# up as they had not helped
as they said they would and as they_ were doing in other parts of the
0ounty.0ther communications were filed.
Fire Chief kotaling was present and told the board about a smoke mask
which used pure air under pressure of 1800 but controled so t, -at
a person could breath it.The price was 175.00 but tho.ght there shoal
be two of them so that a fire an would not have to go iton a lire alone
This matter was left to the Fire t o mittee to investigate and ptrhal_s
ask the a ent to demonstrate the mask.
