This is to confirm that at the meeting held by the Architectural Review and Planning
Board on July 23, 2009 your Level 2 Architectural /Site Plan Review application to
to permit the installation of white aluminum Bahama shutters over the windows
on the second floor and white aluminum Colonial shutters at all windows on the
second floor at the above address was considered.
Your Level 2 Architectural /Site Plan Review application was approved as submitted.
If a building permit is not applied for, including the aforementioned improvements, by
July 23, 2010, thee approval will expire.
