sideyard setback from the required fifteen feet (15') to eleven

On motion duly made and seconded the Minutes of the September 6, 1989
meeting were approved.
Request for Sign Review and Approval according to Sec. X, Gen. Provisions
C &B Zoning Ordinance, Town of Gulf Stream.
a. Signs for Place Au Soleil Gate House
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved the signs as
presented by Mr. Dittman.
b. Placement of Construction Sign at 3180 Polo Drive, residence of
Dr. and Mrs. G. Mueller - (J.J. Baker sign).
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved placement of
noted sign.
Variance Requests
a. Thomas Crocker residence, 3265 No. Ocean Blvd.
Mr. Dixson read for the Record part of a letter from the Gulf Stream
Civic Association objecting to Petitioner's request to increase
the building height to forty -two feet (42'). Said letter is attached
hereto and made a permanent part of this record. Mr. Crocker and his
architect respectfully requested a two foot ten inch (2'10 ") increase,
making a presentation of the residence at that height. The Board

rejected this request. After extensive discussion Mr.
Crocker agreed to submit plans for his residence conforming
to the thirty -five foot (35') height limitation. GrJ
b. Leigh E. Gove, 3054 Gulfstream Road. Request to reduced side
yard setback to construct a two -story addition.
Petitioner agreed to place a window on the north side elevation.
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved this request
with a stipulation providing for installation of said window.
C. Robert P. Natapow, 700 Wright Way. Request to install a boat lift.
All requirements having been met (Enviormental Resources Mngmt.
which includes U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval attached
hereto and made a part of this record), the Board on motion
duly made and seconded approved this request.
d. Henry D. Wright, 570 Wright Way. Request to construct a twelve foot
diameter (instead of twelve foot round as stated in the Agenda)
pagoda.
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved this request.
e. Allen H. Sipp, 3435 No. Ocean Blvd. Request to reduce north
side yard setback.
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved this request.
f. John L. McGraw, 1665 No. Ocean Blvd. Request to reduce the north
side yard setback.
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved this request.

yard setbacks.
On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved this request
to construct a single - family residence subject to the Petitioner
obtaining a variance for the two -story garage.

On motion duly made and seconded the Board approved the Plan
as submitted.

There being no objection by the Fire Department on the number of parking
spaces available, the Board on motion duly made and seconded approved
the Plan as submitted.
8. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
