Mayor Frotem idra ier called the meeting to order at 8:10 .k.il.
Burman,Clary, ivers,Fatterson and idma ier present .Burroughs absent.
Mr.Rhoadarmer who was putting in a 40 X100 ft.building across the stree
asked the board what they wanted for the lot that the town has just
west .1ir.=Muth had stated that he would give 0300. so that the windows
on the east side of the school X shop would not be covered up.%o
decision was made until Burroughs was with the board, to help decide.
Tyr . Roffner who owns the irrigating ditch through town came to the
board meeting to ask its there had been any thing done about moving
the ditch to the west - 11ey.There was some discussion about whether
the board could make a deal with Graefe so that tr4ey could put tile
40 that they could put tile through his field for the last block as

Mayor Fullmer called the meeting to order at 8:10 F.s . expla fining that
the meeting was called t consider the act of selling the town lot
I o.9 in the McGlenn .a dition to 7._ .Rhoadarmer who bought the two lots
east of it .The school was getting p 700 for the use of the building as
an agg room which money was applied on the salary of a teacher,but
this might be stopped if the windows were w&osed up and the light
shut off.
The members present were: Burrra n,Burroughs,Clary,ratterson & fidmaier.

Br.Fatterson asked for the mermission to let( the power shovel stand
in the street for the time they were finishing his basement.There being
four buildings within tke fire limits being errected and no objections
to them if they conformed to the ordinances,the clerk wrote the permits.

I.A.Rhoadarmer said that he would oe, willing to shorten the -west guild ing

and both pay for the cleaning when needed but that he was not willing to
