A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE
BIGELOW SUBDIVISION LOT 3 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to Rezone
Bigelow Subdivision Lot 3 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
date for the Public Hearing is set for June 28, 2016, to discuss the Rezoning of Bigelow
Subdivision Lot 3. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the
rezoning at its June 1, 2016 meeting.
On the 14th day of June, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-038, A RESOLUTION
SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE BIGELOW
SUBDIVISION LOT 3 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval.
Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-038, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE BIGELOW SUBDIVISION LOT 3 IN THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of June, 2016.
