Regular meeting May 6 19 47 .
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P. xj. by ieayor Fullmer.
Those presentwere:Burman,Burroughs ,Clary,►atte son,S1vers and §Jidrnaier.
The clerk read the minute of the regular meeting of Alril i and the
Called meetings of April 8 &17th which were apy: roved as read.
Mr.Schlessrnan of the Greeley Gas Co.told the Board of their intent
to mike application for a certificate for a 25 year franchise to furnish
gas to Ault and that they h d tie±r certificate of necessity for the
conveyance of gas from the 'ublic Utilities Oomrnission.
A letter from a company in Litteeta►n saying that tnet had sprays for
spraying against flies and mosquitoes was read.iio action taken.
A test of the water had been made by the County health Dept.and was
found safe.
A notice from the Public Utilities Commission sated that the tireeley
Gas Co.had filed application for handling gas in Ault.
A letter from Rockwell Ljfg.Co.sta ted that they could not get the meter
parts tinned yet.
Moore Eeuipment Co.wrote that they had a tractor which could ire handled
by man one from the rear of the machine but the price was too high.
The junicipal League wrote asking that the Town join the League but tii t
was turned down by the board.
Vidma ier moved,Burroughs seconded: That the Town charge .50c per day fcr
campers in the pump house park.. otion carried.
Clary moved,Burman seconded:That the board hire R.L.uncan to help with
the street sprinkling anf taking care of the cernetery.otion carried.
It was sugessted that other town be asked about the Air-Pac smoke masks
and that the clerk write Denver and Loveland about how they compared with
other masks.
Burroughs was instructed to have an agreement between the Town of Ault
anf Fred Hoffner written up whereby Fred hoffner would be satigified
to leave the water out of his ditch for a number of years and the town
could make some other arrange rnent for a ditch for his water.

Lr.Booth of the Veld County health Deft.came to the meeting to ei in
how taking, care of the hog situation near town could be handled.Jnder
