A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE EASEMENT OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR
STREET PURPOSES AT 11132 WRIGHT ROAD
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development to establish
and operate a truck sales facility at 11132 Wright Road (SPR Case 2005-22)
` requires an irrevocable easement offer of dedication of a (5) feet wide strip along
11132 Wright Road, as depicted in attachment "A" attached hereto and
incorporated; and incorporated herein
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
the said five foot dedication is needed for future street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, as part of the conditions of approval, the developer has
agreed to grant this irrevocable easement offer of dedication for street purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the five feet of dedication has been analyzed and approved
by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the irrevocable easement offer of
dedication for street purposes from Mr. Leonel Orellana and Mrs. Hilda C. Orellana
as described below:
The westerly five feet of the northerly fifty feet of Parcel No. 20 of San Antonio
Rancho P.I. 389, in the City of Lynwood, in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as shown on Map recorded in M. R. 5-351 of Maps, in the office of the
Los Angeles County Recorder. Assessor's No. 6194-030-020. Commonly Known
as 11132 Wright Road, Lynwood, CA 90262
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 2009.
