for furnishing gas to Ault.his franchise was to be for 25n years and
they would give the town a certain precent of the revenue.it was decided
to see 'aton and. Windsor before deciding.
The minutes of the regular meeting was read and a r oved.of May 6.
Patterson moved,Burroughs seconded:To dump the :1uestion of the smoke masks
into the 'laps of the firemen,and have them investigate the diitea ex_t
masks.MoLion carried.
ratteron moved,Sivers seconded:That the agreement Twit* Fred hoffner and
Town concerning changing his ditch which runs through town be approved
by the Board and be signed by the Lilayor & Town C lerk.Moti on carried.
idmaier moved,Clary seconded:To renem the beer license for one year.
Motion carried.
;idma ier moved,Sivers seconded:To grant Dr.Patterson a right of way
along the east side of his ,lace and in the street, t o run a water lined
tn% his new building and tht ha should keep up: the line from, his south
line of his proIerty to the building.Motion carried upon roll call.

The meeting was called to order at 8:20 by Mayor Fullmer.
Those present:Burman,Burroughs,C lary,Patterson, Sivers & iidmaier.
The minutes of the regular meeting of law 3 were read and aj proved as read.
Mr.Bond of the western Gas Co.asked about a franchise and the Board decided
to let the matter rest for a while.
Chief Ho to ling of the Fire Del<t .approved the Chemox SmokeMasks.
Clary moved,Burroughs seconded:To have lidmaier go ahead rith the purchase
of a sprayer.Motion carried.
Burroughs moved,Bur Ian seconded:That the lion Club be given the right to
use main street for the fall festival.-D.otion. carried.
It was _ecided to purchase a. new lawn mower for the cemetery.
[llama ier moved,Clary seconded:To give 'Ilr.Hasbrouek a right to make a drive-
way over the sidewalk back of the bank for gettingim•bo a garage he wanted
to build on the lot.Ltotion c cried.
Vidmaier moved,Sivers seconded:To grant hasbrouck a permit to erect a
12 X 24 Iuonset building at the back of the bank.otion carried.
