CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ron Fitzwater called the June 5, 2023 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45 P.M. to
review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Ahlers, Deeken, Hensley, Lester*, Mealy*, Schwartz, Spencer, Wiseman, Wright
Absent: Spicer
*Participated virtually
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Ahlers will lead the prayer.
Appointments
- Councilmember Wiseman will make a motion to send the Parks and Recreation
Commission appointment, Dottie Sanning to the Administration Committee for vetting,
and approve the remaining recommended appointments.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their introduced bills.
Bills Pending
- City Staff presented their pending bills.
Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolutions.
New Business
- City Council will discuss the July 3rd City Council meeting.
Closed Session
- A closed session is scheduled for tonight.

The meeting adjourned at 5:59 P.M.
