HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 96-35051 1 RESOLUTION NO. 96 -3505 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING GENERAL SERVICES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that it approves and desires to renew the General Services Agreement currently in effect between the County and the City for a five -year period commencing on July 1, 1996, and requests the Board of Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement subject to the terms and provisions thereof and to authorize County departments to continue to provide the services requested pursuant to the existing General Services Agreement. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a copy of this Resolution to Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. The City Clerk shall enter this resolution into the book of original resolutions. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th day of May, 1996.
