Regular Meeting February 3 1948
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.". by Mayor Fullmer.
Burman,Burroughs,Clary,Patterson & Widmaier present.Sivers absent.
Minutes of the regular meeting of January 6 were read and approved.
Clary moved,Burrnan seconded:To accept whatever the government paid for
cemetery lots._ -jot ion carried.
Burman moved, 'idma ier seconded:To call a town election April 6,to
elect one mayor and six trustees to serve a term of two years.Motion
carried.
Widmaier moved,Burroughs seconded:To alpoint idis.Coffman,Fallmer and
Pearson as judges of election.Motion carried upon roll call.
Burman,moved,Widmaier seconded:Po grant Sarah .Andrews a 3.2% Beer
license for one year.Motion carried.
Patterson moved,Burroughs seconded:To grant the T.F. ` . a 3.2% beer licens
for one year.Mot ion carried.
Patterson rnoved,Burroughs seconded:That after Vidmaier and Smith investi!
gated the Huber tractor and if satisfactory that Smith be given the power
to purchase it for the town.Motion carried.

It was decided that the board couldnot begin giving to organizations.
Burroughs moved,Clary seconded:To grant a 25 year franchise to the
Greeley Gas Coto furnish gas for Ault.Mot ion carried.
The clerk was instructed to put a notice in the Ault paper about keeping
the sidewalks clean.
Burman moved,Clary seconded:To adjourn subject to the call of the Mayor.

Regular meeting March 2 1948
Mayor Fullmer called the meeting to order at 8:15 E.M.
Those present were:Burman,Burroughs,Clary,Patterson,Sivers & Alidrna ier.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of Feb.3 which were
approved as read.
The Thompson Fire Co.quoted p" pipe to be 1.84 per ft.and Mr.Thomas pe-
paid this for the pipe sold him.
The application of G.H.Schroeder for a liquor license to sell at retail
in the corner hardware was read,this place to have taken the place of
the Jacquot drug store license in selling.Also a notice of such a change
was to be published in the paper and the time of the hearing as set
on Nabnhihi 16 at 8 r. :.This notice was dated February 25.
A letter from the town Atty.stated that the notice of this entention
was to published and that an a_fidavit was to be obtained and kept
on file in the clerks bff ice.
Burroughs moved, Nidrnaier seconded:To refuse to grant Mr.Schoerder a
retail license.Yeas:Burman,Burroughs,Clary & Nidma ierJ o.Patterson.
The clerk was instructed to write au1 Food of the Greeley Gas Co.
about them applying for a gas franchise.They were to look after it soon.
