Mayor Fullmer c31Led the meeting toorder at 8:20 P. .stating ti.at the
object of the meeting was to consider the application 01 Geo. chroeder
for a retail liquor license as this was the time of the hearing.
Barnian,Patterson,Siy ers and lidmaier were .:resent.
Judge Clark spoke to the board about letting Mr.Schroeder have a liquor
license and said that Mr.tJacquot would surender his license as he was
selling his business out.
Patterson moved, no secondki:To grant Mr.Schroeder a retail liquor
license.Yes Pa _terson.Burrnan,Sivers & Vid_r1aier no.Lotion lost.

and nlidma ier were sworn into office by C.A.Brayton Notary Public.
The other newly elected members Mac Kenzie and Kurtz were to be sworn
in before the next called meeting of April 13.
