Called meeting April 13 1948
Mayor S iv ers called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M.
Members present:Burman,Burroughs,Kurtz,Mac Kenzie,Patterson &didmaier.
Kurts & Mac Kenzie had been sworn in by Mr.Brayton during the
week,and they turned in their certificates.
There being no lettere of importanc e the communications were filed.
The following co' mittees were appointed by the mayor.

Motion carried.
Widmaier moved,Burman seconded:To appoint Mr.Brayton a.s Police
Tagistrate.Motion carried.
BuroughE moved,xatterson seconded:To a _ point Barnard iloutchens as Town
Atty.Motion carried.
Burroughs moved,Mae Kenzie seconded:To appoint C.L.Neisler as treasurer.
Motion carried.
The a rpointment of the cemetery man was left to the Cemetery Comm.

Regular meeting May 4 1948
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.Id. by the vayor.
Burman,Burroug°hs,Kurtz,Petterson & idmaier present.hacKenzie absent.
Lester Hotaling asked the board to make maps of the cess pools and to
have three old style toilets changed and also that they have the
plumbers to pay licenses.No action was taken.Be :was asked to get a
letter from the State Inspector concerning the toilets.
Patterson rroved,Kurtz seconded:To furnish water and what equipment that
the VFW wanted to wet the ball field•Mot ion carried.
The minutes of the regular meeting of April 6 were read and approved
as read.The Mayor was to ask/ Arthur Leisler to audit the clerks
books.Everett Bolinger wanted 2.00 an hour for trim irg the park
trees.No action w,s taken.A letter from E.L.Cheeyer asked for a receipt
of his viater bill.The statement had been sent to him.
Vidnaier moved,Burroaghs seconded:To grant a deed to i;M.Kinoshita for
lots 7 & 8,B1k.l,Sec7.and lots 11 & 12,B1b.1 eec.12 .iaotion ca rigid.
A notice of entention to ask or a franchise to put gas into Aut
mamm by thc Greeley Gas Co.was read and ordered publishes in the Ault
Progress.
Iy was decided to buy a pwor mower for the cemetery.lhis was left to
the cemetery committee.
it was decided to investigate thc trimming of the park trees.
Burman nioved,Burroughs seconded:To designate Itay 14 & 15 as clean-up c
days and May 17 & 18 as hauling da$s.Mot ion cars ied.
