This agenda items includes four options. Option 1 reflects the Code revisions previously approved. Additionally, the definitions for waste have been changed to reclassify the terms food scraps, cardboard, yard waste, glass, plastic, paper and wood form solid waste into new categories of recyclable and compostable material.
