MacKenzie moved,0atterson seconded:To adopt the ordinaeanna giving
the Greeley,Gas Co.a 25 yr.franchise to furnish gas to the Town of
Aultand publish it in the Ault i''rogress as Ordinance if. 1,07.A11 Present
voted aye.0ne absent.
Burroughs rnoved,Burman seconded:To grant Clifford =` 'h1te a 3.2 beer
license for one year.Mot i on c°l_ rr ied.
Burroughs moved,Burman seconded :To renew tae 3.2 1.1, beer ileensefor/
of B.B.Be11 for oneyear .Mot ion carried won roll call.d4
The clerk was akked to get an opinion of the Town At:.*. about bri nginl
more property into the town and how it was done .
The clerk read the minutes of the regular of June 1 which were
approved as read.
The communications were read.0ne stated that the water test was safe.
A letter from Mr .Starkey was w ead.
Mr.Marra L1. was to be asked about better treet lights.A notice to trim
trees which were low over the sidewalks was to be printed.

The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.L. by Mayor Sivers.
Members present:Burman,Burroughs,MacKenzie,l'atterson & didmaier.
Kurtz absent.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of July 6 which
wereapproved as read.
Teh clerks monthly report was read.
Home Gas in a letter gave rates for large street lights and it was d
dec`ded to try out 250-0 lights in the present sockets/
A test of the town water was declaired safe.
The State Compensation Insurance refunded 34.00 for earned Premium •
the acceptance of the Gre2leyGas Co.of the 25 yr.iranchase was read.
r.Patterson & Robert Ma.c enzie was asked to see how many people
who owned property which Is south east of the present boundries
wanted to have their properties brought into the town.
Patterson moved,Burr oughs seconded:To take the water meter out of the
Graefe line,40# and find out just how much water a steer would
drink a day a.nd bill Mr.Graefe accordingly.Mot ion carried.
Mac Kenzie moved,Patterson seconded:To purchase another smoke mask
for the fire department.Motion carried.
