\VHEREAS, the development of the Hill Bowl Affordable ßenior Housing Project will
serve the local need for more affordable senior housing; an4

WHEREAS, the developer for this project has requested a 'waiver of the posting of
certain performance guaranties for designated development site improvements to help
maintain the cost ofthis affordable housing project; and I'
WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed by the Boroug 1 Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayi and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Construction/Zoning Department is h reby authorized to waive the
posting ofperfonnance guaranties for the Hill Bowl Afford, ble Senior Housing Project.
