WHEREAS, bids for the Miscellaneous Base Repair Program were authorized on
August 16 2001, by Resolution #01-253; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award set bid;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on September 6, 2001'
