The clerk read the minutes of 6ept.6 and the called meeting of Sept.21
which were arrroved as read.

which was to be figured out by the Town Atty. houtchens:

Cemetery .37 mills
Fire 'e artment .23 mills
Salary purposes 7.00 mills
Parks 1.95 mills
Library 1.00 mills
Street & Alleys 4.10 mills
Post Tar Imi r ov ernent 1.00 mills
Total 15.90 mills
for 1949 taxes.Motion carried.
The Clerk was to write to the 2own of Center about how tl.ey candled
the new street signs which they put up.
A statement for library rent was to be sent to the Lions Club.

for a raise inthe mill, levy.

That the 1950 bud et,a copy of which is hereto annexed and made part
of the minutes of this meeting,be and the same is hereby adopted a.s the b

Town Glerkbe and they are herby directedto file with the Colorado Tax
Cornrnissi on an application of the Town of moult requesting authority to
increase the total mills levy this year for general pur os es by 5. 0ivii l is
that as soon as the Colorado Tax Commission has acted upon saidapplication
the idayor and Clerk of the Town of Ault are hereby directed to file
notice of tax levy for the year 1950 with the Assessor of weld County
