AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 ARTICLE 12 PROVIDING FOR THE
APPOINTMENT OF A PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE, SETTING FORTH THE ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS OF OFFICE FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE, AND
DELEGATING CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Fraser desires to amend the Fraser
Municipal Code to allow for an increase of the maximum number of members of the Public Art
Committee.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:
The Code of the Town of Fraser, Colorado (herein sometimes referred to as the "Municipal
Code") is hereby amended as follows: [Note: additions are shown in black bold underlined
print; deletions are shown as strikethFOUgh print:
1. Chapter 2 Article 12 Section 10 - There is hereby created a Public Art Committee for the
Town, which shall also be known as the PAC (hereinafter referred to as "Committee" in these
rules of procedure), composed of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of 8 eleven (11)
members, who may perform all functions currently or hereinafter authorized by this Article and
future ordinances adopted by the Board of Trustees.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after passage, adoption
and publication thereof as provided by law.
PUBLICATION. This Ordinance shall be published by title only.
READ, PASSED, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
AND SIGNED THIS 6th JULY, 2016.
