Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project to Begin February 1
The Town-project is expected to be completed by June 1, 2023.
Leesburg, VA (January 31, 2023) – The Town of Leesburg’s Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
Project will begin on Wednesday, February 1.
The Town’s contractor Tri-State Utilities, LLC, subcontractors BLD Services, LLC and Pipe Logics
will be performing sanitary sewer lining and rehabilitation as an integral part of the Department
of Utilities annual sanitary sewer maintenance program to restore the Town’s Sanitary Sewer
Mains.
To perform the work, the contractor may need to reduce traffic in certain roadways to one
lane, with alternating traffic controlled by flag crews. Drivers should be alert to the change in
traffic patterns and follow flag crew directions. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes
where possible.
Construction will be primarily performed Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(excluding Town observed holidays) with occasional night work in high traffic areas. The
construction schedule may be affected by inclement weather or equipment issues. Updates will
be posted to the Town website and social medial accounts as necessary. The Town-wide project
is expected to be completed by June 1, 2023.
