AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEME TINGTHE CODE OF
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET TO PROVIDE OR ONE- WAY ONLY
TRAVEL ON CERTAIN BOROUGH TREETS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Cc ncil of the Borough of
Carteret, a municipal corporation of the State of New Je sey, located in Middlesex
County, thereof, as follows:
Section 1. The Code of the Borough of Carteret is h reby amended and
supplemented to include the following:
ONE-WAY STREETS
Name of Street
Leibig Lane
Direction
East
Location
Between Roosevel Avenue
and Middlesex A venuè
Parking
Permitted
South
Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions there f inconsistent with the
provision of this Ordinance sha1l be and are hereby re ealed as to the extent of
any such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance
shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of c mpetent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deen ed to be sever able from
the remainder of this Ordinance.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.
