ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,000,000 F R THE 2006 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND OT ER CAPITAL PROJECTS IN AND BY THE BOROUGH OF ARTERET, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCI OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERS Y AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. $1,000,000 is hereby appropriated, including i) $90,000 from the Reserve for Developer Agreement Contribution, ìi) $500,000 from the Re erve for Land Sale, and iii) $410,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund of the Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey (the "Borough") for the 2006 Road 1m rovemcnt Program, including Jackson Avenue, Jessie Street, Hennan Avenue, Willow St eet, Wedgewood Drive and Spoganetz Avenue and improvements to Borough Hall buildings including, but not limited to, parking lot resurfacing, landscaping, lighting, furniture and eq ¡pment, including all related costs and expenditures incidental thereto, and further inclu ing al1 work and materials necessary therefor and incidental thereto. Section 2. The Borough hereby certifies that it has a pted a capital budget or a temporary capita! budget, as applicable. The capital or temporary capital budget of the Borough is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this or inance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith. To the extent that the pUTþoses authoriz d herein are inconsistent with the adopted capital or temporary capital budget, a revised capit or temporary capital budget has been filed with the Division of Local Government Services.
