Absent: Eiten Van Heiden moved to approve the minutes of the July regular meeting. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Van Heiden moved to approve the Treasurer's Report for July. Closing date for the Swimming Pool will be August 21S` Jamie Madden, Director, presented the Public Works report. Eilderts moved to place a culvert and fill in the ditch east of the existing shop driveway to field driveway owned by Ron Arends. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Clerk reported information regarding the American Rescue Plan and the Buy it program through the State of Iowa. Buseman moved to approve Boomerang Corp. pay estimate #7 in the amount of$283,874.25. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to contract 3,000 gallons of prepaid LP from Innovative Ag. Eilderts seconded the motion. Kennedy moved to approve Liquor License for the Wellsburg Tap. Van Heiden seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Eilderts moved to adjourn. Van Heiden seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
