Chairman Orthwein declared a conflict in that her brother-in-law, James Orthwein, is a Trustee of the school and is involved in the proposed project. She passed the gavel to Vice Chairman Lynch. Town Manager Harrington read a letter from Susan Ridgley, President and OJames Orthwein, Jr., Vice Presidentof the Gulf Stream School Board of Trustees, requesting that consideration of this project be postponed until the February 24th meeting so that they will have additional time to explain the proposed project to the residents of Gulf Stream. Mrs. Souder moved that consideration of the variance request submitted by the Gulf Stream School Foundation be continued to the meeting of February 24, 1993. The motion was seconded by Mr. McGraw. Mrs. Souder moved that consideration of the site plan for the proposed project and all related permit requests on this agenda submitted by the QGulf Stream School Foundation be continued until the February 24, 1993 meeting.
