ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 19, SECTION 25 OF THE CITY CODE
REGARDING PARKING DIVISION EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19, Section 25 of the City Code is hereby repealed and
reserved for future as follows:
A. Each member of the Parking Division of the Department of-P-ublic Works shall have
the same power as a policeman of the City to enforce all girth anecs relating to the

B. Upon making an arrest of any person within a parking garage or City operated parking

C. Each parking enforcement office and parking attendant, before entering the discharge

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
