Leesburg Town Council and Loudoun County Board of
Supervisors to Hold Joint Meeting on January 24, 2018
Leesburg, VA (January 17, 2018) – The Leesburg Town Council and the Loudoun County Board
of Supervisors will hold a joint meeting on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in the Board Room of
the Loudoun County Government Center (1 Harrison St SE, Leesburg). The meeting will begin at
6:00 p.m.
Discussions at the joint meeting will be limited to the following topics:
County land acquisition inside the Town’s corporate limits
Public transit
Economic development
Route 15 North congestion mitigation
Virginia Association of Counties/Virginia Municipal League
The meeting agenda and supporting materials will be available on the Town of Leesburg
website at www.leesburgva.gov/agendas by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2018.
The joint meeting will be available for viewing on television on Comcast Government Channel
23, Open Band Channel 40, and Verizon FiOS Channel 40, and online from the Loudoun County
website at www.loudoun.gov/webcast.
