PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, The following property listed below
applied for Tax-Exempt status unde r the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the aplication for the 2005 tax year, and
WHEREAS, The Tax Collector is recommendinq that
taxes be cancelled accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, state of New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector cancel and refund the taxes in accordance
with the following schedule:
