RESOLUTION NO. 97 -3569
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING TENNIS COURT AND BASKETBALL COURT
LIGHTING FEES FOR LIVE OAK PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City incurs cost for lighting resulting from public utilization of
tennis court and basketball court facilities located at Live Oak Park; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temple City desires to recover such lighting costs;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City is proceeding with the adoption of Ordinance No. 97 -801
amending Article III, Chapter 5, Part V of the Temple City Municipal Code establishing fees for the
utilization of park facilities and utility use.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following fees shall be effective upon the adoption and codification of Ordinance
No. 97 -801.
1. Tennis court lighting fee - $.50 per thirty (30) minutes
2. Basketball court lighting fee - $.25 per thirty (30) minutes for one -half court lighting and
$.50 per thirty (30) minutes for full -court lighting.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 18th day of February 1997.

No. 97 -3569, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the
18th day of February, 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman- Breazeal, Budds, Gillanders, Souder, Wilson
NOES: Councilman -None
ABSENT: Councilman -None
