ORDINANCE NO. /6015-75
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), BY THE ADDITION OF PARKING SPOTS ON
DUNKLIN STREET AND MARSHALL STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J (Parking
Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
Addition of:
Dunklin Street, East: on north side thereof, between Lafayette Street and a point 155'
east of the east curb line of Marshall Street.
Dunklin Street, East: on south side thereof, between Lafayette Street and a point 80' east
of the east curb line of Marshall Street.
Dunklin Street, East: on south side thereof, between Lafayette Street and a point 185'
east of the east curb line of Lafayette Street.
Section 2. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule M (Parking
Prohibited at Certain Times), subsection t (Between the hours of 12:00 am and 6:00 am),
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of:
Dunklin Street. East: on both sides thereof, between La#=a ttc and Marshall Streets.
Section 3. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule S (Loading
Zones), Section a (15 minutes or Tess; 8 am — 5 pm, every day except Sunday) of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the removal of:
attending the Capital Earley Learn4-ng, Center located -at 609 Marshall Street between the hours of 7:00

Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
