Board of Electrical Examiners and Review
Jefferson City, Missouri
July 11th, 2023
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ray Fink
Jim Gooch, Jr.

Bill Luebbert, Electrical Inspector

COUNCIL LIAISON PRESENT:
Jeff Ahlers, Councilman
The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met July 11th , 2023, in the Thomas Jefferson
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by
Bill Luebbert at 4:02 p.m. A quorum was present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM May 2nd , 2023 MEETING
A motion was made by Fred Gladbach and seconded by Jim Gooch, Jr to approve the minutes
of the May 2nd , 2023 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS
• A motion was made by Jim Gooch, Jr. and seconded by Joel Vanderslice to approve
Kyle Niekamp to receive his Journeyman Electrical License. The motion was passed
by a show of hands.
• A motion was made by Ray Fink and seconded by Joel Vanderslice to approve Tyler
Lee to receive his Journeyman Electrical License. The motion was passed by a show
of hands.
• A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Ray Fink to approve
Herbert Yung to receive his Master Electrical License. The motion was passed by a
show of hands.
OLD BUSINESS
• None
NEW BUSINESS
• Inspector to check licensing of all trades. Have meeting to decide what this job would
entail.
SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING
The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be September 12th , at 4:00 p.m. in the Thomas
Jefferson Conference Room.
ADJOURN
With no other business, the Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Meeting adjourned at
4:57 p.m.
