A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $32,980.40 FOR INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the costs for personnel related fact-finding investigative services are
annually budgeted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with an outside investigative firm to conduct
a personnel related fact-finding investigation; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager retained the investigative services of the Law
Offices of Joseph B. Scudiero, and
WHEREAS, the balance owed to the Law Offices, after a previous payment of
$15,000, totals $32,980.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby authorizes
payment of $32,980.40 for investigative services consistent with the terms of the
agreement approved as to form by the City Attorney.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2009. `
