COUNCIL LIAISON PRESENT:

The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met May 2nd , 202% in the Thomas Jefferson
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by
Bill Luebbert at 4:01 p.m. A quorum was present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM March 7th , 2023 MEETING
A motion was made by Fred Gladbach and seconded by Jim Gooch, Jr to approve the minutes
of the March 71h , 2023 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS
• A motion was made by Ray Fink and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve Jay
Parker, Tommy Flowers, Nathan Libbert and Mark Alderman to receive their
Journeyman Electrical License. The motion was passed by a show of hands.
• A motion was made by Jim Gooch, Jr. and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve
Minh Phan and Isaac Russel to receive their Journeyman Electrical License. The
motion was passed by a show of hands.
• A motion was made by Ray Rink and seconded by Jim Gooch, Jr. to approve Joshua
Burton to receive his Journeyman Electrical License , once 8000 hours of work
experience are submitted.

SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING
The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be July 111h, at 4:00 p.m. in the Thomas Jefferson
Conference Room.
