RESOLUTION NO. 97 -3584
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
REVISING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 5142 AND 5205 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES AND
PERMIT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees shall apply:

Specialty Business Classification Rates. The License fee for Specialty Business shall
be as follows:
Acupuncture
Auctioneer
Beauty Salons (with facials)
Boarding House,
Day Nursery, Home for
the Aged
Bowling Alley
Bridal Shops
Business By Vehicle
Christmas Tree Lot
Commercial Filming
Interchangeable Fleet Lic.
Liquor Stores
Nail Salon (with facials)
Pumpkin Lot Sales
Sound Trucks
Swimming Pool - Public
(Permit Required - $25 annually) 75.00 annually

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and the same
shall thereupon take effect and be in force April 17, 1997.
