Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chiir Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present The minutes of the regular meeting of November 5, 1969 read. Moved by Arthur Theis to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson Motion carried. The minutes of the special meeting of November 17, 1969 read. Moved by Rayburn Anderson to approve the minutes as approved._ Seconddd by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. The minutes of the special meeting of November 24, 1969 read. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of November 17, 1969 read. Discussion of police car. Moved by Rayburn Anderson that we accept the bid for a police car from Velie Oldsmobile in the amount of $3,623.46 less the trade-in of the 1967 Oldsmobile of $705.00, with a balance of $2,918.46. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. Moved by Arthur Theis to approve the Resolution relating to Participation in the Suburban Hennepin County Nursing District for the following year and pay the bifl in the amount of $607.11. Seconded by Raymond Bosch Motion carried, as follows: Arthur Theis, yes, Rayburn Anderson, yes; Raymond Bosch, yes; Harold Winterhalter, kes; and Wayne Neddermeyer, yes. - five yeas and no nays. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to adopt the resolution for the Contract with the Hennepin County Relief Board for the year 1970. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Dan Ralicki of Dredge Manufacturing appeared with regard to an easement and trouble with W. Doerr. A private matter and nothing the Village can do. W. Cavanaugh appeared with regard to Medina Industrial Second Addition. Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we grant final approval to the Medina Industrial Second Addition and that the Developer be required to put in completed roads within a two year period and present a performance bond in the amount of $7500.00 and that the $390.00 Park Fund and $150.00 Platting Fee be presented to the Council. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson Motion carried. Moved by Rayburn Anderson to grant W. Cavanaugh, the developer of the Medina Industrial First and Second Additions a trailer permit for a two year period with the agreement that the trailer be used only for an office and that a trailer permit b e taken out with the building inspector. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we grant a one year extension for sewer hook-up to Mrs. Mable Coleman. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Moved by Raymond Bosch to grant approval of job S-116-169 of the Minneapolis' Gas Company. Seconded Arthur Theis Motion carried. A letter from Barbarosa and Sons stating that they have to have their money now was read. Mr. Mills reported that Minn -Kota advised him that they are going to gue the Village. Harold Winterhalter reported that he would like a break down of the engineering and attorney bills. Mr. Mills and Mr. Gubbins stated they would give him the information. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to authorize William Rudolph, the Treasurer, to borrow on the $7500.00 C. D. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Moved by Rayburn Anderson to pay the bills as follows: Payroll in the amount of $4,093.83 and order checks in the amount of $59,868.84. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried.
