GRANTING BRISTOL STATION A NINETY DAY EXTENSION FOR ITS
FORMAL LETTER OF CREDIT FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Bristol Station redevelopment project will further the Borough's
local revitalization efforts; and
WHEREAS, Bristol Station is awaiting the Middlesex County Planning Board
approval of a subdivision approved by the Carteret Planning Board with regard to
respective parcels of its property and a contiguous pared of Borough property to
allow for the complementary construction of the Bristol Station project and a new
municipal stom1water pump station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarte'ret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Bristol Station redevelopment project is hereby
granted a ninety (90) day extension for its formal letter of
credit for site improvements.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough's Construction Department.
Adopted this 17th day of May, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 18, 2006.
