Leesburg Snow Emergency Route Restrictions Lifted
Leesburg, VA (March 21, 2018) – Snow Emergency Route restrictions for the Town of Leesburg
were lifted as of 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
When Snow Emergency Route restrictions are in place, no on-street parking is allowed on
designated Snow Emergency Routes (King, Market and Loudoun streets).
Snow removal operations continue throughout Leesburg. Crews will work 12 -hour shifts until
the storm ends and all streets have been cleared. Residents are requested to minimize travel
and keep cars off the roads to allow snow plows room to work.
The Leesburg Snow Hotline (703-777-SNOW) will be active until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
March 21, 2018. Residents can call the hotline for information on current snow removal
operations and to report snow-related problems. After 6:00 p.m., residents can report
problems via the town website at www.leesburgva.gov/snowissue.
