RESOLUTION NO. 97 -3608
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 3326 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OVERNIGHT
PARKING PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3326 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the following fee is
established as a continuation of the fee previously set forth by an ordinance of the City Council - a 1998
overnight parking permit application fee of thirty -five dollars ($35.00) which shall be non - refundable.
SECTION 2. The fee may be amended pursuant to the provisions of Section 3323 of the Temple
City Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 17th of June 1997.
