Grand County Court House, Yoab, Utah, May 4, 1955, City Councilmen
presented and moved the adoption of the following resolution:
WHERIAS, it appearing that the adoption of a uniform system of city binding,
electrical and plumbing permit and inspection zees has been recommended to the
City Council by interested citizens and Moab contractors, and that the system
contained below herein has net with the approval of citizens, contractors and
city officials,
NOW, TUIREFVF, be it resolved, and it is hereby ordered by the City Council
of Moab ,:ity, rrtah, that the following uniform system of city building, electrical
and plumbing permit and inspection fees be, and the same is hereby adopted as the
official and a -proved system of such fees in effect in Moab City, to wit:

(No charge where cost of job is S25.00 or under.)
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Councilman and upon being put to a vote was carried by the
affirmative vote of all Councilmen.
