A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE ADMINISTERING AGENCY-
FEDERAL MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 07-5250R AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, ,changes to the state's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
and allocations of American Reinvestment and Recovery Act funds require execution of
a revised Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS;- the revised Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement is
also required in order to continue to receive the City's annual Surface Transportation
Fund allocation; and
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Agreement for each individual project must also be
executed between the City and Caltrans.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Administering Agency-
Federal Master Agreement No. 07-5250R.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Supplemental
Agreements for the following projects:
Imperial Highway (Atlantic Avenue to I-710) ARRA Funded
Atlantic Avenue (Fernwood Avenue to McMillan Avenue) ARRA Funded
Otis Avenue (Imperial Highway to Abbott Road) ARRA Funded
Martin Luther King Boulevard (Atlantic Avenue to I-710) ARRA Funded
Abbott Road (Martin Luther King Boulevard to Atlantic Avenue) STPL Funded
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
