Note: This form has been marked as Exhibit A and was delivered to you this morning by my wife, however, you rejected it because the date which was supposed to be 1/28/14 (in two places), but was inadvertently shown as 1/28/13. I now re- enclose a copy of that document wherein the date has been corrected to reflect the year -14 (as opposed to `13). 2. I enclose a copy of the same document which I signed late this morning at your office which shows the corrected date of 1/29/14 in both places. This form has been marked as Exhibit B. I showed the error to MRS. O'Boyle and she said "I hate running these errands. He will have to do a new one." I received a new one the next day delivered by Mr. O'Boyle and the attached email with exhibits of both forms. I did not tell Mrs. O'Boyle that I wouldn't allow you to correct it. Had Mr. O'Boyle been present, I would have allowed him to correct it. Since it did not have the correct date, I just said I could not accept it.
